This study was a survey-based instrument development research. The statistical population included all married men and women over 25 years of age in Isfahan. The sample consisted of 200 married participants selected through convenience sampling. Research instruments included the Narcissism in Couple Relationships Questionnaire, Millon Narcissism Subscale, Betrayal Tendency Questionnaire, and Family Relationship Scale. The developed questionnaire contained 22 items rated on a five-point Likert scale. Face validity, content validity, concurrent validity, convergent validity, divergent validity, and exploratory factor analysis were used to assess validity, while Cronbach’s alpha and test–retest methods were used to examine reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings demonstrated satisfactory internal consistency for the questionnaire, with an acceptable Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Correlation analyses indicated that the questionnaire scores had significant positive relationships with Millon narcissism scores and betrayal tendency, and a significant negative relationship with family relationships, supporting concurrent, convergent, and divergent validity (P&lt;0.05). Exploratory factor analysis confirmed a two-factor structure consisting of “Belittling the Spouse” and “Superiority over the Spouse,” which explained a substantial proportion of the variance. Significant correlations between the factors and the total score further supported construct validity. Test–retest results also confirmed the temporal stability of the instrument. The findings indicate that the Narcissism in Couple Relationships Questionnaire possesses desirable psychometric properties, including adequate validity and reliability, and can be used as an effective instrument in research, family counseling, and therapeutic settings for assessing narcissistic tendencies in marital relationships.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی در روابط زوجی در میان زنان و مردان متأهل شهر اصفهان بود تا ابزاری معتبر و پایا برای ارزیابی تمایلات خودشیفتگی در تعاملات زناشویی فراهم شود. این پژوهش از نوع ابزارسازی و زمینه‌یابی بود و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه زنان و مردان متأهل بالای 25 سال شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از زنان و مردان متأهل بود که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی در روابط زوجی، خرده‌مقیاس خودشیفتگی میلون، پرسشنامه میل به خیانت و مقیاس روابط خانوادگی بود. پرسشنامه طراحی‌شده دارای 22 گویه با طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت بود. برای بررسی روایی از روایی صوری، محتوایی، همزمان، همگرا، واگرا و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد و پایایی ابزار نیز از طریق آلفای کرونباخ و بازآزمایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه از همسانی درونی مطلوب برخوردار است و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ آن در سطح قابل قبول قرار داشت. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که نمرات پرسشنامه با خرده‌مقیاس خودشیفتگی میلون و میل به خیانت رابطه مثبت و معنادار و با روابط خانوادگی رابطه منفی و معنادار دارد که به‌ترتیب بیانگر روایی همزمان، همگرا و واگرا بود (05/0&gt;P). همچنین تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی وجود دو عامل اصلی شامل «کهتربینی همسر» و «خودبرتربینی نسبت به همسر» را تأیید کرد که مجموعاً بخش قابل توجهی از واریانس سازه را تبیین کردند. ضرایب همبستگی بین عوامل و نمره کل نیز معنادار بود و نتایج بازآزمایی بیانگر ثبات زمانی مناسب پرسشنامه بود. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی در روابط زوجی از ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مطلوب شامل روایی و پایایی مناسب برخوردار است و می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری معتبر در حوزه‌های پژوهشی، مشاوره خانواده و مداخلات درمانی برای ارزیابی تمایلات خودشیفتگی در روابط زناشویی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> https://jhpbd.com/index.php/hpbd/article/download/361/279
