The present study aimed to investigate the effect of bioresonance therapy on improving health quality, reducing psychosomatic symptoms, and enhancing daily functioning among psychosomatic clients referred to the Green Life Counseling Center. This applied descriptive retrospective study was conducted on 10 female clients diagnosed with psychosomatic disorders who attended the Green Life Counseling Center. Bioresonance interventions were performed using the IMEDIS-BRT-PK device according to the standard operational protocol. Treatment sessions were administered over a 45-day period in three sessions with 15–20 day intervals. At the beginning of each treatment cycle, a full-body scan was conducted to identify dysfunctional physiological areas and stress-related disturbances. Individualized frequency information was then processed and transferred through specialized granules designed for each participant. Data collection was based on body scan findings, observed functional changes, and participants’ self-reports regarding symptom improvement and daily performance. Inferential findings demonstrated that all participants experienced significant reductions in psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety, stress, depression, muscular pain, and impairments in daily functioning following bioresonance therapy. Post-treatment body scans revealed notable reductions in physiological stress indicators and improvements in affected organs and body systems. While several participants reported satisfactory improvement after a single 45-day cycle, clients with more severe symptoms required repeated treatment cycles to achieve greater symptom reduction and more stable outcomes. The strongest improvements were observed among participants who completed three or four treatment cycles. In addition, bioresonance therapy appeared effective not only in reducing psychological symptoms but also in alleviating physical complaints such as gastrointestinal problems, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, and skin-related conditions. The consistency between scan-based evaluations and participants’ subjective reports further supported the reliability of the findings. The findings suggest that bioresonance may serve as a non-invasive and drug-free complementary intervention for improving health quality, reducing psychosomatic disorders, and enhancing daily functioning. By regulating and reflecting biological frequencies, bioresonance appears to contribute to restoring physiological balance and reducing psychological tension. Despite the promising outcomes, further controlled studies with larger sample sizes and standardized psychological assessment tools are necessary to validate and generalize these findings. Integrating bioresonance with psychological interventions such as psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy may also improve long-term treatment effectiveness.
